Faulty items & Replacements
If the product you purchased is faulty or stops working within the 1 year Warranty period, (Electrical products) we
will replace the product.
You will be required to send photos or a short video to
Eliza Jade Candles will cover the shipping cost for any faulty items sent.
Eliza Jade Candles will adhere to Australian consumer law in all states and territories.
Delivery
All items sent by Eliza Jade Candles will be sent through Australia Post With a tracking number provided, other carriers may be used on a ad hoc basis, if requested by the purchaser at their expense.
Please note Eliza Jade Candles will not be responsible for items succesfully received by the buyer, or items requested to be left in a "safe place" by the buyer.
It is the buyers responsibility
to ensure orders are placed within the Australia Post Cut of Dates for Shipping to their destination at busy times like Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day.
