Faulty items & Refunds
At Eliza Jade Candles we want our customers to be end to end satified,
should the product you purchased not be up to standard we will refund or replace the product, we will ask for photos to be sent through to elizajadecandles@gmail.com
Eliza Jade Candles will cover the shipping cost for any faulty items sent.
Refunds
The processing of refunds will be by way of the original payment method used by the purchaser, please allow 7 business days for refunded amount to be cleared into your account.
Eliza Jade Candles will adhere to Australian consumer law in all states and territories.
Change of mind
Its ok to change your mind, we will accept returns for a period of 30 days from when the original order was placed.
The item must be unused, with the original packaging, return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer for change of mind returns.

All items sent by Eliza Jade Candles will be sent through Australia Post With a tracking number provided, other carriers may be used on a ad hoc basis, if requested by the purchaser at their expense.
Please note Eliza Jade Candles will not be responsible for items succesfully received by the buyer, or items requested to be left in a "safe place" by the buyer.
It is the buyers responsibility
